What are Pergo Timbercraft installation requirements?

These are all things we check for you at the time of the measurement and again when we come to install your new flooring.

Before installing this product please make sure your relative humidity is between 35-65% and the moisture reading of your subfloor is below 12%.

Laminate T-molds in doorways 4 ft. or less and in rooms 40 ft. and over in width and length are required by the manufacturer to give this product room to move and not buckle due to not having enough room for expansion.

Make sure your subfloor (the floor you walk on) has no more than a 3/16th unevenness per 10 ft. span or your floor will be not be level  and noticeable.

Following these manufacturer recommendations will assure a proper and professional installation.
