Unfortunately, we have no way to track your materials because we are not the ones that sold it to you. If you are unsure of the ETA of the product that you ordered for your installation, please reach out to your local Lowe's store in which you purchased your installation, and they will be able to give you an update on your order's ETA.

I thought that everything was in at lowes , except for half of the padding , which I was told that you guys had that in stock. So what isn't in yet for my installation? Can you please advise 765-654-3659. Thank You
