Throughout the entire process Lowe's and Ultimate Home Services will stay in contact and keep you updated on the status of your installation. When a project is sold, Lowe's will work on getting your product ordered and ready for your installation. When all the product has arrived, Ultimate Home Services will be notified by Lowe's that the product is ready, and then we will reach out to you to schedule your installation.
Ultimate Home Services uses the phone number and email addresses provided to Lowe's at the time of your order. Please verify that they are correct on your job contract. If they are incorrect, please contact us using the Help/Chat icon at the bottom right of this screen.

Lowes has my contact number wrong. How do I correct it on this sight.
I ordered my material from Lowes on 12/09/21 and still have not heard from you. The material has been dropped off at my house, just waiting on you to contact me.
