Ultimate Home Services was established in 2008. For over fifteen years we’ve provided our Lowe’s customers with exceptional service and seamless installation experiences based on partnership and teamwork. Our relationship with Lowe’s has grown over the years. We now oﬀer installation services to over 260 Lowe’s stores in thirteen states.
Ultimate Home Services would like to first thank you for your purchase of Lowe's products and your trust in us to complete the flooring installation in your home. Our success is defined by your satisfaction with our scheduling and installation services.

The final step in the process with Lowe's is to complete their customer survey. The survey will ask you to rate our professionalism and craftsmanship on a scale from 1 to 10. We have set the bar high for our staff and installation crews. Our goal is for you to feel we deserve a "10" rating in each category and we consider anything below a "9" a failure. They will also ask you to rate your overall experience, or Likelihood to Recommend, on a scale of 1-10. Anything less than a "9" is a failure to us.

Our Staff and Installation Crews
Our talented installation crews strive to provide the best quality installation possible. Their references are verified and formal background checks are completed prior to any crew entering your home. Our field service managers directly review their work. We measure customer satisfaction in every interaction, from our phone and chat sessions, to the quality of the installation by our crews. We continuously improve our processes and training in order to improve our service to you.
Flooring: A Complex Project
Installation of flooring is a complex project. From measuring, estimating and delivery, to the actual installation itself, your project is unique. Lowe's and the Ultimate Home Services staff strive to coordinate this complexity to make your project as smooth as possible. Lowe's orchestrates the sale and delivery of all material with suppliers, while we coordinate the scheduling through installation.
Even with everyone's best efforts, there are unforeseen issues that arise. When this happens, you can be assured that your project's success is immediately escalated. We will resolve the issues as quickly as possible. Our objective remains for you to be satisfied, even if something goes wrong with your project.
Bill Emory installed the tile in my kitchen. He has been here the last two days, always on time and worked each day till about 5:30 pm. Both days he was at my home by 9:00 am. He worked very steady, never broke for lunch, or took breaks. Our tile installation was a challenge as it was not the usual square or straight edge tile. It was like working a jig saw puzzle. He did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the way it turned out. Bill is a hard worker and knows what he is doing. Better hang on to him, highly recommend his work.
