The last step of the process is to complete the survey from Lowe's. You may receive an email from Lowe's where they will ask you to rate our professionalism and craftsmanship during your experience.
Your installer is rated on his Craftsmanship and Professionalism on a scale of 1-10. As a reminder, a "10" means you were satisfied and a "9" means it was just ok. In our view, scores ranked 1 through 8 mean we failed. If you feel we provided anything less than a 9, please give us a call and so that we may have the opportunity to make it right.
You will also be asked to rate your overall experience, called Likelihood to Recommend, on a scale of 1-10. A "10" means you were satisfied and a "9" means there was room for improvement.
