    Hello. This is Brian K Mason, 7819 Cheriton Circle Reynoldsburg Ohio 43068. I am scheduled for an installation June 6th, 2024. I need to reschedule to your first available next week. I won't be able to be home the rest of the week due to job requirements. Please let me know.

    Matthew, the best way to cancel is to contact your Lowe's store directly.  They will cancel on their end and it will send notification to UHS.

    we have seen what an install looks like with the half round, and we don't like it.

    how do we change the scope of the work to be done?
