In most cases, yes. Floating floors like laminate can often be installed over a nailed or glued down solid wood flooring. You cannot install a floating floor over another floating floor. We will have to take a look when we come out to measure for you to determine that for sure. Please bring it up then so we know what you are aiming to do.
