• Contact Lowe’s Installed Sales Team at 1-888-516-1010 if you prefer to go through Lowe’s

Important Notes

• We do not offer repairs outside of Lowe’s 1-year labor warranty work.
• Your 1-year labor warranty through Lowe's does not cover flooring damage caused by either you or your pets, so there may be some additional costs.
  • If you drop, stain, or damage your flooring, a trained installer can repair it effectively, provided you have extra pieces of the original material.
• If you need repairs outside of warranty, you can search online for “local carpet repair services” or “flooring repair near me” to find a qualified professional.
