Ultimate Home Services provides a 1-year labor warranty starting from the completion date of your installation. If you’re within that warranty period and need an inspection or repair, here are your options:
How to Request Warranty Service
- Chat with us using the Help button in the bottom-right corner of this screen
- Call us directly at 380-214-1348, then press Option 4 to reach your local Quality Assurance office
- Contact Lowe’s Installed Sales Team at 1-888-516-1010 if you prefer to go through Lowe’s

Important Notes
- We do not offer repairs outside of Lowe’s 1-year labor warranty work.
- Your 1-year labor warranty through Lowe's does not cover flooring damage caused by either you or your pets, so there may be some additional costs.
- If you drop, stain, or damage your flooring, a trained installer can repair it effectively, provided you have extra pieces of the original material.
- If you need repairs outside of warranty, you can search online for “local carpet repair services” or “flooring repair near me” to find a qualified professional.
