For rental properties, each address requires an individual measurement and incurs a detail fee. However, if you plan to use Lowe’s for recurring flooring installations at the same address—and the layout doesn’t change between renters—you can ask Lowe’s to keep your measurement on file. This avoids the need to remeasure each time.
