Our installers do not install carpeting with factory attached padding (Kangaback). This type of carpet is best installed by loose laying the carpet or using double stick tape to secure it down around the edges. We cannot warrant either application. It is more of a do-it-yourself type of flooring.
Do you install the kind of carpet that has the pad already attached?
