Whether it is your measurement or installation, we know you are anxious to get scheduled. Let us explain how scheduling for each generally works.
You can schedule your measurement at the store or through the Lowes.com website. You will choose a date and an AM/PM time slot. We book in 4 hour increments to allow our estimators to route their days effectively to assist as many customers as possible. The day of your measurement, your estimator will call you to tell you when to expect him/her. If you need to reschedule you may contact us through the chat box below, or call us at 614-877-6246.
In order for Ultimate Home Services to schedule your installation, Lowe's needs to notify us that all your materials are in the store. Once your product has arrived, your installation can be scheduled. When we receive that notification, we will call you and offer our first available date for your installation. We certainly do not want to keep you waiting!

Delivery of Materials:
Lowe's will schedule the delivery for you. Occasionally, they will do so before the installation date is set. However, they usually wait until we let them know the date we will install and then call you to schedule delivery based on that date.
We usually install Monday through Friday. However, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. While we don't require our installers to work on weekends, in special circumstances we can often find someone to do so. Be aware that if you have special scheduling needs it could delay the project. Please talk it over with your UHS Scheduler before the installation date is set.
