Whether it is your measurement or installation, we know you are anxious to get scheduled. Let us explain how scheduling for each generally works.
Measurements:
You can schedule your measurement in-store or online at Lowes.com. Choose a convenient date, and an arrival window of either 8am to 11am (AM) or 1pm to 5pm (PM). On the measurement day, the technician will call about 30 minutes before arriving.

Installations:
Lowe's must confirm that all your materials are ready and available before Ultimate Home Services can schedule your installation. Once confirmed, we will contact you with the earliest available installation date. We certainly do not want to keep you waiting!
- Hard surface jobs have many parts and pieces associated with them, and if any are missing it could derail the installation. We must wait until all of the materials (flooring, transitions, molding, underlayment, adhesives, etc.) are ready and available before we can schedule the installation.
- Carpet jobs are usually delivered directly to the warehouse by the manufacturer as it is available. As soon as the carpet has been received, we will call to schedule the installation.
The Lowe's Installed Sales Team (1-888-516-1010) can help track the materials for your installation and provide you with an updated estimated delivery date for your items.

Delivery of Materials:
The delivery method of materials will be communicated at time of scheduling the installation.
- For most of the stores we service, if purchased with the installation, we will either deliver prior to or bring the materials with us on the day of installation.
- For the stores that require a Lowe's delivery, the Lowe's Installed Sales Team will schedule the delivery after we have scheduled the installation for you.
Weekend Scheduling:
We usually install Monday through Friday, however, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. While we don't require our installers to work on weekends, in special circumstances we can often find someone to do so. Be aware that if you have special scheduling needs, it could delay the project. Please talk it over with your UHS scheduler before the installation date is set.
