To clarify, if the acclimation and handling fee was purchased, our professional installers will pick up all flooring materials and bring them with them on the day of installation. This approach ensures timely delivery and proper handling of materials, adhering to our standards for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

When you purchase the delivery or acclimation and handling fee, our installers manage the pickup, so you don’t have to worry about transporting heavy or bulky flooring materials.

If the delivery fee was not purchased, it is the customer's responsibility to pick up the materials prior to install. After picking up the materials, please ensure that all materials are placed inside the home prior to installation. The materials cannot be left in the garage.
