If you’re not able to visit a Lowe’s store, you can easily purchase your flooring measurement online and choose the date and time that works best for you. Just follow the steps below to get started!
Start here:
Lowe's In Home Measurement
1. Fill Out Your Measurement Request Form
To schedule your in‑home measurement, you’ll begin by completing a short form. You’ll be asked for:
- Your name
- Your address
- Your email
-
Your phone number
-
The type of flooring or wall surface you’re interested in
(You can select more than one, and then select your preferred category.) -
How many areas you’d like measured
Be sure to include every room, hallway, stairway, closet, or other space you want updated. -
Any additional project details you’d like us to know
For example: styles you like, specific products, room types, or anything else that will help us understand your vision.
2. Browse Flooring Samples
Next, you’ll have the option to look through flooring samples before your measurement.
This step isn’t required—but it can help you receive a more accurate quote and may speed up the process.
If you already know exactly which products you prefer, you can tell us here so we can prepare the most accurate estimate for you.
3. Choose Your Measurement Date and Time
You’ll then select the date and timeframe that works best for your in‑home measurement.
Tip:
If you choose to continue without scheduling, your appointment may end up being booked further out than what you see on the online calendar. The dates shown online are the most current and accurate availability.
4. Review and Submit Your Order
Take a moment to review your details. When everything looks correct, go ahead and submit your order.
Here’s what happens next:
- If you scheduled a date and time, your measurement technician will call you 20–30 minutes before arriving on the day of your appointment.
- If you didn’t schedule online, you’ll receive a call from Lowe’s within 2 business days to set up your measurement.
