We often see white quarter round sold with hard surface floors without confirming the customer's preference. The color choice is purely aesthetic—some prefer it to match the floor, others the baseboards. While it doesn't affect installation, it matters to the customer. Installing the wrong color causes unnecessary work orders. Always ask and confirm before selling!
