Sometimes, but it depends on the subfloor issue. We are allowed to do minor repairs for you, but nothing too major. If the subfloor isn't sufficiently flat and the issue can be resolved by sanding the existing wood or concrete substrate then our installers can do the repair. However, Lowe's does not allow us to do structural repairs. If structural repairs are needed, you will need a contractor or company that can specifically address those issues. If you do a quick Google search for "Structural repair company near me" you should be able to find someone that specializes in foundation and subfloor work.
The types of repairs that we do not perform are listed below:
-Remove and Replace dry rotted subfloor.
-Remove subfloor to shave down a high joist or build up a low joist.
-Block existing joists to remove flex from existing subfloor if the current joists are spaced too far apart or their is too much spring in the existing subfloor.
-Replace an existing 3/4" particle board subfloor with 3/4" OSB or plywood subfloor.
-Major grinding of concrete areas within an existing concrete subfloor.
-Pouring concrete to fill areas of an exising concrete slab that have been channeled out for perimeter drains or plumbing repairs.
