Measurements:
Customers can schedule a measurement at the store or through the Lowes.com website. They will choose a date and an AM/PM time slot. We book in 4 hour increments to allow our estimators to route their days effectively to assist as many customers as possible. The day of the measurement, the estimator will call the customer to tell them when to expect him/her. If they need to reschedule they may contact us through the chat box below, or call us at 380-214-1348.
Installations:
In order for Ultimate Home Services to schedule an installation, Lowe's needs to notify us that all the materials are in the store. Once the product has arrived, the installation can be scheduled. When we receive that notification, we will call and offer the customer our first available date for installation. We certainly do not want to keep them waiting!
If they need to reschedule an installation, they should call the local office or the main number 380-214-1348, follow the prompts and speak with the scheduler assigned to your region. Delivery of Materials:
In most stores, Lowe's will schedule the delivery. Occasionally, they will do so before the installation date is set. However, they usually wait until we let them know the date we will install and then call the customer to schedule delivery based on that date.
We also offer delivery services in certain regions. If you are part of that program, you will have been trained by your FPM to sell the Local Access Fee to alert us that we are to deliver. If that is the case, we will pick the materials up from your store on the set pick up date and schedule the delivery and installation with the customer through our office.
Weekend Scheduling:
We usually install Monday through Friday. However, we will do our best to accommodate a customer's needs. While we don't require our installers to work on weekends, in special circumstances we can often find someone to do so. Be aware that if you have special scheduling needs it could delay the project. Please talk it over with your UHS Scheduler before the installation date is set.
