We do not want to put our installer's health at risk, so we will not work in a home with an infestation of any kind. If one is found during installation, we will stop working to allow you time to treat for pests. Once the issue is remedied, we can come back to resume the work. We will not haul carpet that is infested or overly soiled. We cannot risk putting that carpet in a van where other customer's new carpet is also transported. If you need help ridding your home of these pests, consider finding a local pest control service provider like Orkin or Gold Seal. We will ask to see a certificate that shows this problem was solved by a professional!
