Items We Cannot Move

Due to weight, fragility, or specialized handling, Ultimate Home Services and its contractors do not move:

• Antiques 
• Breakables (such as glass, mirrors, etc.) and personal items
• Electronics (e.g. TVs, computers, etc.)
• Pianos 
• Pool tables 
• Waterbeds 
• Adjustable beds 
• Aquariums 
• Safes 
• Exercise equipment (e.g. treadmills, elliptical, weight bench, Peloton, exercise bike)
• Commercial items (e.g., hospital beds, filing cabinets, dental equipment)

Special Items

Pool Tables
We are frequently asked to move a pool table from one side of the room to the other during installation. Due to their weight (up to 1,000 pounds) and delicate slate construction, pool tables require professional movers for disassembly, transport, and reassembly, so they cannot be moved by Ultimate Home Services. Improper handling can result in irreparable damage.

Electric or Adjustable Beds
Electric and adjustable bed frames, like Sleep Number or Tempur-Pedic cannot be moved by Ultimate Home Services. They often weigh between 75 and 200 pounds and contain complex mechanical and electrical components. Certified specialists are required to move them safely and without voiding the manufacturer’s warranty.
