RAPID VS 72 HOUR INSTALLS

Lowe’s has updated its carpet installation offering for in-store stock carpets. Previously, we promoted a 72-hour installation turnaround for customers needing quick service. This 72-hour install option is no longer available.

Please ensure:

• All signage referencing 72-hour installs is removed.
• You do not offer or promote 72-hour installs to customers.

New Offering: Rapid Install

We now offer Rapid Install for in-store stock carpets, designed for customers who need a fast turnaround. Rapid Install guarantees installation within 5 days.

Important Guidelines:

• You must charge the customer the Rapid Install fee (SKU: 1029709).
• Only offer Rapid Install if the full quantity of the sold carpet is available in-store.
• The installation countdown for UHS begins once the carpet is marked as pulled/staged.
• Customers expect the countdown to begin at the time of sale, so please act promptly to align expectations and ensure timely service.
