We may be able to remove soiled carpet for you, but an additional charge will apply—provided the carpet is not excessively soiled.
If the carpet is heavily saturated or contains feces, we likely won’t be able to take it due to health risks for our installers and the potential for contamination of other customers' new flooring materials transported in the same vehicle.
Please speak with your measure technician, store associate, or scheduler to determine whether removal is possible in your specific case.
