You do not need to pay your installer directly for any part of the service—including tips. All payments are handled through Lowe’s. If your installer does an outstanding job (and we’re confident they will!), the best way to show your appreciation is by completing the Lowe’s Post-Installation Survey.
How the Survey Works
After your installation is complete, Lowe’s will send you a text and/or email with a link to a short survey. It takes about 5 minutes to complete and helps us evaluate your installer’s performance.
You’ll be asked to rate your installer on:
- Craftsmanship
- Professionalism
- Overall experience
- Likelihood to Recommend
Installers strive for a 10 out of 10 on each of these questions. These scores directly impact the amount of work they receive. If you're happy with your installation, giving top marks is the best way to support them.
